Specialized in branded media production within their Creative+ division. Created and managed filming budget's including the hiring of crew, SAG regulations and Covid protocols. Facilitated communications between client, sales, creative and talent team to ensure the campaign's success. Lead within the company's BEAT + (Black Employees Achieving Together) ERG as well as the Add Sales Dept's REDI (Race Equity Diversity & Inclusion)  initiative to implement policies and practices designed to improve the experiences and outcomes for diverse cast and crew members on productions thus increasing representation and creating accountability for insuring a standard of high morale that promotes productive, innovative work environments
